Job Purpose

The Pricing Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely entry, maintenance, and auditing of retail chain pricing information across all assigned accounts. This position supports the Chain Sales team by ensuring pricing, promotions, discounts, allowances, and product information are correctly entered into company systems and communicated effectively to internal stakeholders. The position plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity, supporting customer relationships, and ensuring pricing compliance across all chain retail partners.

Nature and Scope

This position works closely with Chain Sales Managers, Sales Operations, Accounting, Customer Service, and Distribution personnel to ensure retail pricing information is accurate and current. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Errors in pricing data can directly impact profitability, customer satisfaction, and company compliance.

Knowledge and Experience

Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Data Management, or related field preferred.
