Job description

Position Summary:
The Data Entry Specialists are responsible for reviewing and processing legal documents, accurately entering client and case information into company databases, verifying document accuracy, maintaining data integrity, and supporting service of process and court filing operations. Works collaboratively with operations, filing, and process serving teams to ensure assignments are entered correctly and completed within client deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Job Duties:
  • Perform all data entry-related tasks, including sorting, proofing, updating, mailing, and storing.
  • Maintain data files accurately.
  • Compile, sort, verify, and correct data to be entered.
  • Review data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Manage filing and routing of source documents after entry.
  • Maintain records of work completed.
  • Update data in appropriate databases accurately and timely to avoid backlogging.
  • Establish data naming standards and consistent definitions to improve overall data quality.
  • Process and resolve data inquiries by searching and reviewing the databases.
  • Assist the process team and support new team members.
  • Monitor productivity goals and prioritize assignments.
Job Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams) and PDF programs.
  • Must be dependable, reliable, and flexible with a strong work ethic.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Able to take instructions and execute them promptly.
