Duties and essential job tasks:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers (75- 125 calls per day total).
  • Contact customers to schedule service appointments. Quickly, politely and accurately determines customer service needs.
  • Use telephone, email and other means to communicate with customers and vendors.
  • Answer telephones consistent with company standards; provide information to callers and route calls.
  • Staying knowledgeable on current service department offers. Offering clients service appointment specials that may fit their needs.
  • Input and maintain vehicle and customer information in computer system.
  • Performs data entry and performs general office clerical tasks including: working within Excel Spreadsheets to document daily client contacts.

Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
