The Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist is a key member of a large corporate environment, responsible for managing front desk operations and providing exceptional administrative support. This role involves daily interactions with visitors and clients, handling communications, scheduling, and maintaining organized office functions. The Administrative Assistant reports to the Department Head, HR, and Office Manager, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
