Location: Cary
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:45am to 4:45pm, Friday 7:45am to 1:45pm
Pay: $18-$19/hour
MUST have prior medical office experience.
Job Duties:
Answer phones, schedule and direct patients to appropriate areas/people
Perform routine administrative duties such insurance verification, data entry and collection of co-payments.
Enter patient data into EMR system
Register patients according to company policies and procedures while also ensuring required forms are completed and signed by patients.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of Medical Front Desk Receptionist experience or equivalent.
High School Diploma required.
MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.
