Job description

The Project Administrator will assist in the day-to-day operations of the office.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Accounting tasks, accounts payable, reporting, data entry, billing, invoicing
Support the accounting team
-Answering the telephone, filing, faxing, assisting visitors, managing appointments and managing the daily office schedule
-Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
-Organizing, attending, and participating in meetings
-Following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
-Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
-Ensuring project deadlines are met
-Providing administrative support as needed
-Developing project strategies
-Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
-Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
-Adhere to all Safety and CORP policies and procedures
-Work as part of one UniTek GS, supporting and protecting the brand value.
- Coordinates project activities to ensure the project is on schedule.
Class A02- Intermediate : Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. requires 1-3 years of related experience.
Education/Experience Required:
-Accounting experience required
-Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
-Candidate must be able to pass a background check, pre-employment drug testing and random drug screening.
- 1 - 3 years of experience as an office or project administrator required
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong command of the English language is required.
-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
-Experience with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Experience with Spectrum, Ariba, and/or any other ERP operating systems a PLUS
-Knowledge of file management and other administrative procedures
-Ability to work on tight deadlines
