Data Entry Specialist

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to support data processing, client transactions, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced finance company.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience working in EXCEL for data entry and processing or a young professional looking to start their career in data analysis.

What You'll Do

• Process client information, forms, and data accurately and within established service levels. Reviewing data and processes while ensuring compliance with plan rules and regulatory requirements

• Communicate with internal departments to obtain required information and resolve processing issues

• Maintain accurate distribution logs, records, and CRM documentation

• Generate and review reports in EXCEL related to client activity and investments.

• Verify and update client demographic information as needed, staying current on state and federal regulations.

• Participate in training programs and assist with testing during system upgrades and enhancements

• Support operational excellence through accurate recordkeeping and process compliance
