We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Lube Order Entry Representative to support our lubricants order entry team in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for accurately entering sales orders, communicating with internal and external customers, managing the team order queue, and ensuring orders are handled efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities
  • Create and enter lubricant sales orders with accurate pricing, detailed notes, and customer information.
  • Communicate with internal customers regarding lube orders and order requirements.
  • Monitor and manage the group order queue, including receiving and responding to internal and external emails.
  • Assign orders to team members in a fair and equitable manner.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing a high volume of orders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a high-volume data entry and customer service environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Accurate typing and written communication skills; ability to type at least 30 WPM.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize competing deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and accurately repeat information to customers and coworkers.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Stable employment history preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Experience in the fuel, lubricant, or transportation industry preferred.
