Star Vision Eye Care is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy team member to join our growing optometry practice. This position combines clinical support, front desk coordination, and optical responsibilities.
We are looking for someone comfortable with computers, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Technical Support
Perform pre-testing and diagnostic testing using advanced instrumentation
Accurately enter and maintain patient data in EHR
Document exam findings and assist with patient flow
Ensure accurate coding and billing data entry
Administrative & Systems Management
Schedule appointments and manage patient communications
Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations
Maintain organized digital records
Use Microsoft Excel to track reports, orders, or insurance information
Process billing entries accurately
Optical Responsibilities
Take spectacle measurements
Educate patients on lens options and upgrades
Process and track eyewear and contact lens orders
Verify finished eyewear and troubleshoot concerns
