Job description

Data Entry Specialist

This is a non-customer facing role that requires efficient data entry skills in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with the full Cornerstone Bank employee benefit package.

Job Duties

Perform Customer Identification Program procedures for all new accounts. Review and input Customer Due Diligence questions into software if necessary. Review and assess Beneficial Ownership of entities according to bank regulations. Review various daily reports and scanning/indexing.

Qualifications

Equivalent to a high school education. At least one year of post high school work experience with emphasis in business or related field. One year of banking experience preferred. Working knowledge of personal computer and the suite of Microsoft Office products. Must be accurate and detail oriented. Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers. Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently. Ability to deliver unmatched customer service and exhibit the core values of Cornerstone Bank.
