Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
$16-$18/hour (DOE)
A well-established glass company is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide exceptional customer service.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer support, call center, front desk, receptionist, or office administration who enjoy a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer support
  • Schedule and coordinate daily routes for service technicians (dispatching/scheduling)
  • Assist customers in person with orders, questions, and service needs
  • Process insurance claims accurately and efficiently
  • Order glass, materials, and office/shop supplies
  • Perform filing and general administrative support / data entry tasks
