Jardeg is currently recruiting for a highly organized Equipment Coordinator to work with Technical Workforce Inc. at our Calgary Yard.

The schedule for this position is 5 days on and 2 days off. At this time, only local candidates to Calgary and surrounding areas will be considered. 

The ideal candidate has experience working in equipment rental companies like Herc Rentals, United Rentals, Leavitt Rentals and Sunbelt Rentals, etc.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the working order of the yard, warehouse, staff, and equipment.
  • Field calls and requests as they come in.
  • Receive and monitor equipment and material requisitions.
  • Organize transportation of equipment and materials to and from project sites.
  • Complete data entry for equipment inventory or material transfers.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to quality control and brand standards.
  • Conduct safety inspections.
  • Orient visitors to the yard.
  • Manage and mentor yard staff.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a shop setting
  • Experience specifically with construction equipment like compressors, telehandlers, skid steers, generators, etc.
  • Previous construction labourer experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
  • First Aid is an asset
  • Reliable transportation to get to work
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
