Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to support our Taber branch. This is a part-time, steady office-based role with a strong focus on routine administrative and data entry tasks that support both office and field operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, predictable work, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable working in a small, close-knit industrial office environment connected to a field and shop operation.

The position supports invoicing, data entry, ticket processing, and general administrative coverage during scheduled days and staff absences.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Process invoices (including CNRL invoicing on a scheduled cycle, approximately 3 times per week)
• Enter and update work tickets and job-related documentation
• Issue purchase orders (POs) as required
• Perform basic e-ticketing and document tracking tasks
• Rename, organize, and maintain digital files and records
• Provide administrative coverage during holidays or staff absences
• Respond to basic internal questions related to tickets and documentation
• Support general office duties as needed in a small team environment

Qualifications / Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative, data entry, or office support role preferred
• Basic understanding of math and/or accounting concepts
• Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-focused tasks (data entry, invoicing, file management)
• Strong attention to accuracy and consistency
