Located in Gunn, Alberta, Lakeview Recovery Community supports men living with addiction on their journey to a sustainable recovery. We deliver a full continuum of addiction recovery support in a community environment, focusing on healing and personal growth. Our goal is that individuals leave Lakeview with the life skills, tools, and resources to maintain long-term wellness and sustain recovery and having nurtured healthy relationships with friends and family.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Administrator will be an organized individual who will play a crucial role in providing administrative support across various functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.


Role-specific Accountabilities

  • Handle day-to-day office tasks, including filing, document management, and office organization.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
  • Manage incoming calls professionally and redirect them as necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service through clear and courteous communication.
  • Interact with clients, staff, and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the office and around the site.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using office software and communication tools.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and liaise with IT support when necessary.
  • Assist in data entry, data verification, and maintenance of electronic records.
