Job description

Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate will ensure timely and accurate processing, fulfillment, and shipping of all orders across D2C, B2B, and wholesale channels, with a focus on quality control and customer satisfaction. They will operate warehouse equipment, manage pad printing logistics, and perform inbound inspections while maintaining clean, safe, and organized workspaces. This position will also support continuous improvement by identifying and solving operational issues and ensuring accurate order entry in NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a best-in-class customer experience by accurately processing, shipping, receiving, and fulfilling all orders (D2C, B2B & Wholesale) within 1-2 days.
  • Ensure accurate processing of orders to customers (data entry).
  • Unload containers and perform general quality inspection from the factory.
  • Engage in problem-solving to support process improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Keep the warehouse safe and always functioning.
  • Ensure accurate processing of orders through NetSuite and appropriate shipping carrier
  • Utilize an RF Scanner system for picking orders
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with inventory systems preferred.
  • Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to be trained).
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and in a team.
Working Conditions and Location
  • Single site dry storage warehouse setting with regular exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and equipment.
  • Frequent standing, lifting, bending, and moving of materials.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks regularly.
