Position: Data Entry Associate User Support
Type: Temporary Project (ASAP start through 09/30/2025)
Location: Remote.
Schedule: Monday Friday.

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Associate (User Support) to join our team on a temporary basis for a 5-month project ending on September 30, 2025. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with repetitive data entry tasks, possess high attention to detail, and be confident using tools like Salesforce. This role supports a team responsible for user registration processes, specifically for users under 13 years old, requiring parental or teacher consent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter user data into Salesforce UI based on submitted registration information from parents, teachers, and administrators.
  • Respond to user inquiries through Salesforce case management (teachers, administrators, parents/students, internal teams).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user support issues (account creation, login problems, account anomalies).
  • Collaborate with internal support teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Escalate unresolved cases while ensuring follow-up and communication with the original requestor.
  • Perform testing across various browsers and operating systems to replicate and diagnose issues.
  • Prioritize and track support cases, documenting all communications and resolutions clearly and accurately.

Requirements

Education

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; STEM-related field is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in basic computer operations and software.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM/helpdesk tools is preferred.
  • Familiar with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

Communication & Soft Skills

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users.

Experience
