ResolveSoft, Inc. is seeking a Production Support Specialist to serve as the central coordinator for all production activities in a large-scale federal claims-processing environment supporting over 100,000 end users. The specialist acts as liaison between developers, stakeholders, and the production system, managing Tier 1–3 support operations and audit coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as the primary coordinator for all production activities, audits, production report runs, and customer support operations.
• Provide Tier 1 production support for OWCP programs without a dedicated helpdesk; Tier 2 for programs with their own Tier 1.
• Coordinate and manage Tier 3 support escalations between internal teams, external stakeholders, and technical staff.
• Monitor and tune system performance using AWS environment tools.
• Run scheduled and ad-hoc production reports for internal and external stakeholders and partner teams.
• Conduct testing, analysis, verification, and validation in UAT and Production environments.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of system troubleshooting and maintenance procedures.
• Manage end-user accounts, hardware assets, and inventory.
• Coordinate responses to audit efforts and produce supporting documentation.
• Interface with client representatives and partner agencies to resolve production issues efficiently.
• Support all phases of the SDLC from a production operations perspective.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 7–10 years of experience working with IT systems.
• Direct experience with federal compensation claims processing systems (required).
• Significant experience with helpdesk or production support operations serving 100,000+ end users.
• Experience with AWS environment monitoring and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and Jira.
• Experience with hardware and asset/inventory management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and PIV card (NACI).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with relational databases, SQL, MS Office, and Visio.
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management training.
• Experience coordinating federal IT audits (OIG, IG, FISMA, etc.).

Public Trust (NACI). Must be eligible to obtain a federal PIV badge. U.S. citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
