Job description

Who we Are:
Southern Cross provides pipeline safety, field support, compliance/reporting and power services to hundreds of natural gas companies, electric utilities and municipalities across North America.
The Administrative Assistant (Data Entry Clerk) will coordinate the scheduling of workflow for our field technicians at our local office. This position will determine the route where each Technician will work.
Salary:
15.50 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES:
โ€ข Creates centralized route schedules using planning and route scheduling software, to develop efficient and effective routes.
โ€ข Trouble shoots issues that arise an execution of route scheduling process including appointment cancellations.
โ€ข Maintains constant communication throughout the day between Field, Management, and Support groups regarding the current working situation.
โ€ข Must be able to provide data entry and process client information transactions and updates as necessary.
โ€ข Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Dispatcher and Project Manager.
โ€ข Work with management to assure scheduling is prompt and accurate, with schedules well maintained.
โ€ข Adjust schedules for customers and technicians as needed.
โ€ข Provide great customer service and keep customers up to date on service times.
โ€ข Perform all paperwork/documentation on all calls as needed.
โ€ข Provide any administrative support to management as needed.
โ€ข Support all other departments as needed.
โ€ข Complete all other duties assigned by management.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
โ€ข Strong computer skills and data entry skills.
โ€ข Strong organizational skills.
โ€ข Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
โ€ข Ability to get along and work well with others.
