Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatcher to join our logistics team.  The successful candidate will serve as a critical communication hub, coordinating with delivery teams, supporting customers, and ensuring smooth daily operations.  This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong computer proficiency, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor routes and maintain regular communication with delivery teams to ensure high-level customer service
  • Provide responsive customer support by taking calls and developing solutions to address potential issues
  • Record detailed notes and information in the delivery system with accuracy and thoroughness
  • Communicate solutions and updates to other departments and office staff as needed
  • Maintain meticulous records and ensure data entry accuracy

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail

Hourly Rate: $18-$20/hour, DOE + bonus potential.
