Job description

Primary Purpose

Responsible for supporting enterprise master data facilitation and coordination across defined business domains through transactional data activities. This role performs transactional master data creation, maintenance, and verification activities within ERP and MDM systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established data governance standards. The position supports upstream and downstream business processes by maintaining reliable master data and required documentation.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Creates and maintains assigned master data domains.
  2. Performs data validation and reconciliation activities to support data consistency and synchronization across systems.
  3. Produces standard reports and basic data extracts as directed.
  4. Monitors compliance with data governance policies and procedures and reports issues as identified.
  5. Supports the master data creation process by assisting with documentation and providing basic guidance to ensure complete, accurate and timely communication between stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 1 - 2 years' relevant work experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with proficiency in various applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Financials or similar ERP systems to perform transactional master data tasks.
  • Ability to follow established procedures, guidelines and approvals while working under supervision.
  • Attention to detail and ability to support documentation and data accuracy requirements.
