Position Summary
We are seeking a detailoriented ISF Entry Clerk to handle Importer Security Filing (10+2), import documentation, and compliance tasks for ocean freight shipments. This role is for candidates with 1-3 years of import, logistics, or customsrelated experience who want to grow in the international trade field.
Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit ISF (10+2) filings for ocean imports
  • Collect and verify ISF data elements (Importer, Consignee, HTS codes, etc.)
  • Monitor ISF status and process amendments
  • Review and prepare import documents: CBP 7501, EPA 35201, HS7, BOL, invoices, packing lists
  • Maintain accurate shipment records in TMS/forwarding systems
  • Communicate with importers, carriers, and overseas agents
  • Ensure compliance with CBP, EPA, and DOT regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3+ years of experience in import operations, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or logistics REQUIRED
  • Familiarity with ISF filing, HTS codes, or customs documentation
  • Basic understanding of ABI/AMS or similar filing platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Comfortable handling sensitive documentation and regulatory requirements
