  • Lovelace Medical Center is an acute care hospital with 263 licensed beds, providing comprehensive care, including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke care, radiology and oncology services.

Responsibilities
  • Manager oversees quality data and outcomes.
  • This role provides leadership, direction and manages a team of individuals who perform data collection and abstraction, data entry, data retrieval, data submission and data analysis of clinical information from multiple data registries and clinical data platforms that may include the STS Adult Cardiac registry, NCDR Cath PCI, CAD, TAVR, CHF, Vascular, and LAAO registries.
  • Responsible for developing methods to analyze and report data and using that information to drive performance improvement initiatives that impact care to our patients.
  • This role leads regulatory compliance activities involving cardiovascular services, including The Joint Commission.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management or other equivalent required

Preferred Job Requirements:
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience
  • Cardiac nursing experience
  • Clinical license
