Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Pay: $25–$30/hr

Overview
Step into a pivotal role with a leading transloading/logistics company specializing in the lumber and building materials industry! We’re seeking a Logistics Data Entry Associate who enjoys a hands-on, dynamic role outside of a traditional office setting. Be prepared to work outdoors in all weather, checking truck inventories, supporting operations, and handling critical data and customer communications with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer orders and shipment information
  • Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to schedule and fulfill orders
  • Track shipments, maintain detailed records, and resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and partners via phone and email
  • Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documentation
  • Perform general office duties as required

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and recordkeeping
  • Excellent, professional communication skills with customers and operational teams
  • Experience in the lumber/building materials industry or inventory-related processes
