Our client in East Rutherford, NJ, is seeking a Data Entry Associate to join their team!
This is a hybrid/full-time/3-monthcontract position
Hourly based on experience: $25/HR
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to support vendor data management and administrative operations for a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining accuracy, and communicating with vendors to ensure information is current and complete.
Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain vendor information within internal systems
  • Review vendor documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with vendors via phone and email regarding onboarding, documentation, and account updates
  • Assist with vendor setup and maintenance processes
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accurate records
  • Support internal teams with vendor-related inquiries
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in vendor information
