Title: Data Analyst - Entry Level - Hybrid

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 12 Months

Hours: Monday – Friday, standard business hours

Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered

Scope of Position

In this role, you will serve as the regional expert for Salesforce (SFDC) and sales analytics, partnering with regional sales leadership to deliver actionable SFDC, revenue, and POS insights while driving adoption of best practices, process improvements, and sales enablement tools across the sales organization.

Major Responsibilities 

  • Capture, analyze and report on key sales information from SFDC and/or revenue & POS data to help drive effective business decisions 
  • Coordinate sales teams’ efforts for commercial forecasting, pipeline reviews, and weekly reports 
  • Analyze ongoing business processes and work across the organization to improve commercial efficiency, revenue enablement and cost reduction 
  • Collaborate with IT to investigate and manage SFDC sales enablement tools that support the sales teams. Ensure effective deployment and implementation of sales-related initiatives. 
  • Apply practical sales experience to identify and drive continuous improvement efforts that improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales teams to reduce corrupted selling time 
  • Train and support sales teams in the best practice use of SFDC and other sales enablement tools 
  • Provide additional reporting and analysis for the region as needed

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

Required Years and Area of Experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years of working with data analysis and in-depth knowledge of sales methodology.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to craft concise summaries of complex data 
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

Desired Experience / Qualifications / Skills

  •  PowerBI knowledge a plus.

  •  Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English as well as with graphical displays of information
