Warehouse Associate
Birmingham, AL

At DEX Imaging, we don't just move equipment-we deliver solutions that keep businesses running. We're looking for a motivated, detail-driven Warehouse Associateto join our Birmingham warehouse team. If you enjoy staying active, leading by example, and being a key part of a fast-paced operation, this role was built for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Pulling, unboxing, and inspecting equipment for sales orders using pallet jacks or powered forklifts
  • Accurately recording serial numbers using handheld scanners and completing pick tickets with precision
  • Coordinating with the Set-Up Team, Logistics Coordinator, and Purchasing to ensure orders are completed and delivery-ready
  • Managing backorders, equipment transfers, and inbound shipments while tracking ETAs and resolving discrepancies
  • Loading and unloading trucks and ensuring all delivery documentation is properly completed and uploaded
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, system updates, and proactive issue reporting
  • Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
  • Serving as a team lead by taking ownership, supporting warehouse flow, and holding yourself and others accountable
What is Required to do the Job:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Warehouse Experience/ERP Experience (Data Entry)
  • Worked in Multi department environment previously (knowledge and ability to communicate across Multiple Departments)
