Your Impact:
  • Key donor, payment, and account information into internal systems accurately and efficiently.

  • Update contact information such as addresses, phone numbers, and email details.

  • Identify and flag documents requiring correction, follow-up, or removal.

  • Follow batch workflows to ensure accurate sequence and tracking of processed items.

  • Maintain accurate daily piece counts and report totals to supervisor.

  • Meet productivity standards while maintaining accuracy and quality.

  • Support workflow demands, including overtime and occasional Saturday work during peak volume.

  • Sit at a workstation for extended periods (approximately 90% of the time), walk short distances between departments (approximately 10%), and lift up to 10 lbs as needed.
