What you will do:

The Data Entry Associate is responsible for supporting daily production and operational activities through accurate data entry, document management, and administrative support. This role ensures production information, work orders, and operational records are entered, scanned, indexed, and maintained accurately to support efficient manufacturing and customer service operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment while collaborating with production, operations, and customer service teams.

Data Entry & Documentation

  • Accurately enter production, inventory, and operational data into company business systems
  • Enter and maintain production starts, work orders, and related manufacturing records
  • Scan, index, and organize electronic and physical documentation
  • Maintain accurate files and ensure documentation is complete and easily accessible
  • Review entered information for accuracy and correct discrepancies when identified

Administrative Support

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or team member
  • Provide administrative support to production, operations, and office personnel
  • Assist with filing, document preparation, and record management
  • Support reporting activities and maintain organized operational records

Production & Operations Support

  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure accurate information is entered and maintained
  • Assist with tracking production activities and operational status updates
  • Support workflow by ensuring timely processing of production documentation
