Job Summary

As our Help Desk Hero, you will serve as the first point of contact for pet parents visiting or calling our daycare facility. You'll manage front desk operations, assist with scheduling, and ensure every client and their beloved pet feels welcomed from the moment they walk through the door. This is an excellent opportunity for someone entering the workforce who enjoys a fast-paced, people- and pet-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and their companions warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Schedule and confirm daycare appointments, boarding reservations, and grooming services
  • Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate client and pet records
  • Coordinate with daycare staff to relay client updates, special instructions, and pet needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
  • Respond to client questions regarding services, pricing, and policies
  • Support daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory tracking for retail items
