Overview
Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator & Accounting
Clerk to manage our daily front-office operations, payroll calculations, and inventory
accounting. In this role, you will act as a key link between our finances and our shop
operations-ensuring our vendors are paid, our employees are compensated
accurately, and our received inventory is correctly logged.
Skills and Experience
Software: Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is highly preferred
but not strictly required (we are willing to train the right candidate who has strong
basic computer skills).
Mathematical Accuracy: Strong attention to detail when working with numbers,
spreadsheets, and time tracking.
Communication: Professional phone etiquette and a welcoming demeanor for
front-office visitors.
