Job Description We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk (Level III) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume, accurate data entry using full keyboard and 10-key and a proven ability to prevent and resolve client escalations while meeting SLA deadlines. Work Arrangement & Shift Details: Onsite required all 5 days. Third shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 PM-5:30 AM. Parking: Onsite garage about $100/month for third shift. Other garages or public transportation may be considered by the candidate. Responsibilities: Address production issues proactively and handle complex client escalations. Prioritize and organize work to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. Monitor and review documentation against requirements and guidelines. Execute policies and procedures aligned with firm document management standards. Accurately enter data and assemble documents across multiple workstreams and systems. Leverage reporting to perform job functions and meet SLAs. Resolve peer or customer inquiries and escalate issues when required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous data entry experience with full keyboard and 10-key numeric keypad. Ability to accurately key information while adhering to SLA deadlines. Experience addressing production issues and supporting escalations. Strong organization and prioritization skills across multiple systems and workstreams.
