Data Entry Clerk – Full-Time Remote

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team full-time. This is a fully remote position that is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working with computers, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy while handling large amounts of information.

Responsibilities


As a Data Entry Clerk, your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering and updating information in company databases and internal systems
  • Reviewing data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Verifying information against source documents and existing records
  • Identifying and correcting inaccurate, incomplete, or duplicate information
  • Maintaining organized and up-to-date electronic records
  • Performing routine database maintenance and data-cleaning projects
  • Entering and maintaining information in spreadsheets
  • Performing quality-control checks on completed work
  • Assisting with reports and other data-related projects
  • Following established procedures for handling confidential information
  • Communicating with managers and team members when information is unclear or incomplete
  • Completing assigned projects accurately and within established deadlines
  • Assisting with additional administrative and data-entry responsibilities as needed


Qualifications

Schedule & Availability

This is a full-time position.

Employees should typically be available to work Monday through Friday from approximately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Because our team works remotely, we are looking for someone who is dependable, responsive, and consistently available during their scheduled working hours.
