Identify and flag incomplete, duplicate, or inconsistent records, routing them for resolution to keep operations running smoothly.

Document key milestones with timestamps for compliance auditing, contributing to audit-ready standards.

Meet daily productivity and accuracy benchmarks set by the Enrollment Manager, thriving in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all consumer PII/PHI, adhering to HIPAA and CMS regulations.

What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications):

Fast typing skills: 60 words per minute (assessment required).

1+ year of data entry or administrative support experience (ACA or healthcare experience is a plus).
