The ideal candidate will use deep technical expertise and strong communication skills to deliver new initiatives while providing ongoing maintenance and support.

To excel in this role, you must be proficient in writing complex SQL transformations. You should also have experience in data analysis, requirements gathering, data modeling, and process design, with the ability to document and communicate technical details to business partners with varying levels of technical expertise.

This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in an office location (Hartford, CT; Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Charlotte, NC) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Foster a positive work environment by modeling cultural values and encouraging collaboration, accountability, diversity, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. The company will not support the STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsement for this position.
