Position overview:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and reliable person to fill the part-time role of a Receptionist/Data Entry at our new Crittenton Community Center. The Crittenton Community Center provides after-school and summer programming to youth ages 8 to 17 in the surrounding area. The Receptionist is responsible for answering and directing calls, greeting staff and families, and entering client data into our electronic health record. Work hours are 2:00pm - 7:30pm Monday - Friday during the school year and 1:00pm - 5pm during the summer months.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system and utilize office machines
  • Ability to communicate clearly and in a friendly, professional manner
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to accurately type 35 wpm
  • Ability to perform routine tasks independently and accurately
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other staff
  • Strong work ethic
  • High school diploma
  • Ability and interest in working with diverse cultures
  • One year related experience preferred
