Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Join Alight Behavioral Therapy NC's Team in Clayton, NC!

At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our mission to empower these children through evidence-based therapy.

About the Role:

  • Provide ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a home-based setting

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

  • Collect and record data on client progress to support treatment goals

  • Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and caregivers to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client services and progress

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services to children with ASD

  • Implement behavioral skills training, social skills training, and play-based interventions

  • Utilize behavioral data to inform treatment decisions and adjust interventions as needed

  • Participate in supervision and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with clients, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Must be a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
