As a Specialist Account Executive focused on AiDAPT (AI & Data-Driven Agentic Transformation), you will drive adoption and growth of Agentforce, Data Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform within your assigned accounts. You will operate as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through complex, multi-cloud solutions and demonstrating how Salesforce delivers measurable business value through AI-powered outcomes.

This role is open to both Commercial and Enterprise Account Executives, with responsibilities and deal scope aligned to the assigned segment. Successful candidates will be comfortable navigating diverse buying environments, from fast-moving growth accounts to complex, multi-stakeholder enterprises, and adapting their sales approach accordingly. The role requires the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders-including executive, data, and IT leaders-to drive AI-powered transformation and accelerate platform adoption.

You will be measured by your success in driving AI and Data Cloud consumption, expanding platform adoption, and influencing stakeholders across customer organizations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams-including Core AEs, Solution Engineers, Product Specialists, and Partners-to deliver cohesive, customer-centric solutions. In doing so, you will exemplify Salesforce's core values of trust, customer success, innovation, equality, and sustainability.

We are seeking a driven, technically fluent sales professional with experience selling complex, multi-product SaaS solutions and a strong understanding of AI and data-driven technologies.
