Job description

Join an enterprise data transformation effort where youโ€™ll help drive the delivery of modern data initiatives across engineering, architecture, analytics, and business stakeholders. This role is ideal for a data-savvy delivery leader who can bring structure, accountability, and clear communication to complex, cross-functional work.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data initiatives from planning through execution
  • Build and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Coordinate work across data engineering, architecture, analytics, and business teams to keep priorities aligned
  • Proactively identify blockers and help drive resolution to maintain momentum and delivery quality
  • Manage scope and expectations while keeping work aligned to business goals and enterprise priorities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for data-related updates in project meetings, steering committees, and leadership discussions
  • Prepare and communicate status updates, risks, and mitigation plans in a clear, business-friendly way
  • Support requirements discussions and help ensure business needs are translated into effective technical solutions
  • Partner with teams supporting the migration from siloed data solutions to a centralized enterprise platform
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, planning sessions, retrospectives, and cross-functional working meetings
  • Encourage collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across multiple workstreams
Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, program management, or data management
  • Hands-on understanding of modern data engineering and data platform concepts
  • Experience working with Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure cloud services
  • Background supporting large-scale data, analytics, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to technical teams and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and competing demands effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments
  • Confidence translating technical detail into clear, practical business language
  • Ability to take ownership and operate with urgency in a fast-moving environment
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated industry
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture, governance, and data quality standards
  • Exposure to enterprise reporting, analytics, or business intelligence ecosystems
  • Experience supporting cloud migration or data modernization programs
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe
  • Experience helping teams build structure and alignment in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to influence without authority and build consensus across diverse groups
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivery excellence and continuous improvement
