A well-resourced, technology-forward urology practice here is looking to add to a team of three experienced urologists and two APRNs, with a four-day workweek, strong procedural volume, and a community that makes the compensation go further than almost anywhere in the region.


Practice Details:



  • Join a team of 3 urologists and 2 APRNs with dedicated MAs, nurses, and techs providing full clinical support
  • Two Da Vinci XI robots, thermal lasers, and in-clinic X-ray, scopes, and vasectomy capabilities on site
  • Open to general urology with flexibility for subspecialty interests
  • Mid-level provider support to keep the workflow efficient


Schedule:



  • Four-day workweek with 2 OR days and 2 clinic days
  • Call runs approximately 10 days per month


Compensation & Benefits:



  • Generous salary with RVU bonuses; relocation, sign-on, and loan assistance are all negotiable
  • 6 weeks PTO, including vacation, CME, and holidays
