Job description

Job Description We are seeking experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultants to support enterprise Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and modernization initiatives for a federal client. This team will support multiple workstreams including Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Integrations, and Data Conversion throughout the implementation lifecycle. Successful candidates will have experience leading functional workshops, configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, supporting integrations and data migration efforts, conducting testing activities, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

This position will be hybrid in Washington, DC. This opportunity is ideal for Oracle HCM professionals with expertise in one or more functional areas including Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Integrations, or Data Conversion. Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering sessions, discovery workshops, and business process analysis with client stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into Oracle HCM Cloud functional designs and system configurations. Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Time & Labor, and Absence Management. Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle Cloud best practices.

Support Oracle HCM Cloud implementations through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Develop and execute functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Coordinate defect management, issue resolution, and production support activities.

Collaborate with technical teams supporting Oracle HCM integrations, reporting, and security. Support data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and migration activities using Oracle HCM data migration tools. Assist with payroll and financial system touchpoints related to HCM implementations.

Develop functional documentation including business process flows, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials. Partner with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants while managing client expectations throughout project delivery.

Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship required. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of Oracle HCM experience. Experience supporting multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations from design through production deployment.

Strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud. Experience leading client workshops and gathering functional requirements. Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and business process design.

Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production deployments. Strong stakeholder communication and consulting skills. Experience working within Agile project environments.

They are comfortable leading client workshops, configuring Oracle HCM Cloud applications, supporting testing and deployment activities, and collaborating across functional and technical teams in a fast-paced consulting environment. Experience supporting federal clients is a plus.
