Description:

Role Requirements for Supply Chain Excellence Sr. Integration Specialist:
Help develop and implement communication plans for key priority projects throughout the year aligned to messaging strategy and roadmap including managing an events calendar, monthly briefings, town halls, newsletters, etc.
Leverages internal communication process to convey messages and influence employees to inform engage and align. Work with the various functional leaders to collate, prioritize and execute holistic strategies to drive effective communication of employee engagement initiatives across US OTC Supply Chain.
Develop, manage and shape messages, create or leverage communications channels, develop plans and/ or tactics and provide insights and information at both the strategic and tactical levels to help drive positive messages that support the business objectives.
Provide counseling, templates and resources needed to support leaders in driving engagement and shaping dialogue. Collaborate to identify opportunities for story leverage, best practice sharing, increased productivity, creatives etc.
Help manage key local messaging pertaining to Supply Chain Excellence activities and tactics. Develop tools and templates to help leaders and people managers cascade appropriate information effectively and efficiently. Foster a mindset of partnership with the Supply Chain Excellence leadership with an E2E Supply Chain view.
Work with E2E SC Leaders, SCEx leader and HR to build the strategy to create an engaged culture of collaboration, accountability, customer focus, safety and quality aligned to business priorities and to ensure alignment and effective deployment of messages and change management plan.
o Support and drive the execution of change and communications plans and activities from strategic to tactical execution.
Provide other ad hoc support to ensure that the appropriate information is being developed and implemented
Development of new and imaginative ways of communicating the work carried out to the wider company including the creation of engaging presentations that tell compelling stories
Gather feedback and poll organization to identify areas of focus and measure progress against goal.
o Ensure common understanding and seek feedback
Align with Pharmaceutical communications to ensure alignment with enterprise messaging and external communications
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of a Bachelor s degree is required.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in communication at a corporate environment or public relations agency is required. A focus on communication within the OTC, pharmaceutical or consumer packaged goods is preferred.
Prior internship experience in the Communications and/or Journalism fields is preferred. Exceptional writing and communication skills are required. Experience working in a matrix environment and driving results through influence is required.
Demonstrates expert judgment in critical decision making on issues impacting corporate reputation and is sought after as a trusted advisor is required. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and matrix environment is required. Superior attention to detail and organizational skills is required. High level of creative energy is required.
