Medical Staff Credentialing Coordinator | St. Helena, CA

Join a nationally recognized healthcare organization in the heart of Napa Valley. St. Helena Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Staff Credentialing Coordinator to support the credentialing and onboarding of medical and allied health professionals in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Manage core credentialing functions including initial appointments, reappointments, privileging, and file maintenance

  • Perform data collection and primary source verification for medical staff credentials

  • Ensure credentialing files are accurate, complete, compliant, and processed on time

  • Support provider onboarding, including access setup, orientation, training, and badging

  • Maintain knowledge of medical staff bylaws, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements

  • Assist with maintaining medical staff databases and records while ensuring strict confidentiality

What Youโ€™ll Bring:
