Data Collection Operator
Job-Type: Full-time direct hire position.
Location: 1800 JFK Blvd suite 1504, Philadelphia, PA 19107 (onsite only)
Work authorization: US Citizen or US Green Card only
Pay: $37K per year
Hours: Monday-Friday (various shift times start early as 7:30am EST and end as late as 8:30pm EST)
As a data collection operator, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the data collection process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established protocols. This role involves supervising data collection activities, troubleshooting technical issues, and monitoring data entry procedures. Attention to detail is paramount as you'll be responsible for verifying the completeness and accuracy of collected data. The Intake Coordinator is expected to maintain production and quality standards.
Additional Job Duties:

  • Supervise data collection activities
  • Monitor data entry procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate effectively and provide guidance and support to data collection users
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Monitor and report on the progress of data collection activities
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Required:
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Fluent English
  • 1 year of Data Collection and Customer Service experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
Preferences:
  • Instruction capabilities
  • Knowledge of data collection methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Ability to diagnose software/hardware issues

Mandatory Skills: Geographic Information Systems(Maps).
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $25,000 to $50,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
