Note: This position is located in Gilbert, Arizona and is in-office five days per week. Our cross streets are Power and Ray Road. Pay is $20-$21/hour depending on experience (an entry-level role).

From due diligence and feasibility studies to design & build, development, management, and marketing, we help our clients achieve success every step of the way. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a Marketing Associate to support a variety of marketing initiatives across our portfolio of self-storage facilities.
Position Overview
The Marketing Associate will support day-to-day marketing operations across a wide range of projects and initiatives. This is a dynamic role that combines administrative support, marketing coordination, reporting, customer experience initiatives, and digital marketing exposure.
No two days are exactly alike. One day may involve responding to customer reviews, updating spreadsheets, assisting with billing and reporting, or coordinating marketing materials. Another day may include website updates, analyzing marketing performance, brainstorming promotional ideas, or learning how digital advertising campaigns are managed.
This position is ideal for someone who takes initiative, is organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoys working on a variety of projects. While digital marketing is part of the role, the primary focus is supporting the overall marketing team and helping ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support & Coordination
  • Assist with a variety of marketing projects and day-to-day departmental tasks
  • Coordinate marketing materials, promotions, and facility requests
  • Help maintain consistency across facility websites, listings, and marketing platforms
  • Contribute ideas for promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives

Customer Experience & Reputation Management
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews
  • Assist with customer satisfaction initiatives and survey programs
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and share insights with the team

Reporting & Administrative Support
  • Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and marketing trackers
  • Assist with invoice processing and vendor billing
  • Compile performance data and prepare reports for management
  • Support organization and documentation of marketing projects and workflows

Digital Marketing Exposure & Development
  • Assist with website updates and quality assurance checks
  • Learn the fundamentals of digital advertising, analytics, and performance reporting
  • Support campaign monitoring and data collection
  • Participate in digital marketing projects as skills and experience develop

Skills & Qualifications
