  • Build annual and quarterly plans in partnership with key stakeholders across Engagement and Retention, Finance, and Product.
  • Own retention forecasting, monitor performance vs. plan, and communicate risks and opportunities.
  • Measure the impact of retention initiatives and A/B tests, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and optimize messaging based on results.
  • Modernize data reporting, partnering with the Data Engineering Team to automate dashboards, and reduce manual work to focus on high-value analysis and insights.
  • Analyze subscriber behavior to uncover churn risks, conversion levers, and journey pain points.
  • Identify high-value segments for targeting to drive loyalty and reduce churn.
  • Manage and coach a team of 2-4 analysts, setting priorities, reviewing outputs, and investing in skills development.

About You:
  • Experience: 7+ years in an analytical, management consulting, finance, or similar role-including people-leadership experience (3+ years).
  • Analytical problem-solving: Proven ability to structure and solve exploratory problems; strong attention to detail and accuracy in analysis and reporting; effective decision-making under uncertainty.
