Job Overview:

Pay Range: $48hr - $53hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Proven experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Microsoft Purview implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance ecosystem.
  • Experience with data classification, labeling, and retention policies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
  • Experience handling DLP incident response and investigations.
  • Knowledge of cloud security and SaaS environments.
  • Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft SC-400, SC-900, CISSP).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies across endpoints, cloud services, and email systems.
  • Administer and configure Microsoft Purview (Data Loss Prevention, Information Protection, Insider Risk, eDiscovery).
  • Develop and enforce data classification and labeling strategies (sensitivity labels, retention policies).
