What You'll Do:
  • Lead on-site safety efforts across fast-paced data center construction projects
  • Ensure OSHA and client safety standards are consistently met
  • Conduct daily site walks, audits, and safety meetings to identify and mitigate risk
  • Partner with project teams and subcontractors to drive accountability and alignment
  • Investigate incidents and implement practical, preventative solutions
  • Support high-risk scopes including energized work, LOTO, fall protection, rigging, and excavation
