Architectural Project Manager
Position Description
Cushing Terrell is seeking a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of architectural and multidisciplinary projects throughout Montana and the greater region. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading project planning, coordination, scheduling, budgeting, client communication, and overall project execution from project initiation through closeout.
This role will work closely with Principals, Project Architects, Architects of Record, Engineers, Consultants, and Clients to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with Cushing Terrell's quality management standards. The position will be based in the Kalispell office and may support projects and teams in other Montana offices as workload and capacity allow.
Position Salary Range*
The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 annually.
Required Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
  • Project management experience within the A/E/C industry
  • Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary architectural and engineering projects
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project financial management
  • Working knowledge of design and construction processes
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications**
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Deltek Vantagepoint experience or similar project management software preferred
