Job opening : Data Center Program Manager on W2
Location: Mountain view, CA (ONSITE)
Contract on W2
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of dedicated experience in technical program management, engineering management, or operations within a large-scale data center, high-performance computing (HPC) lab, or cloud infrastructure environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive large, cross-functional programs with direct accountability for uptime and reliability metrics.
  • Proven ability to partner with software and hardware engineers to evaluate complex systems, prioritize solutions, and drive strategic process improvements based on data analysis.
  • Expertise in asset lifecycle management (ALM) and using or developing tools for tracking and inventory allocation at scale.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical outages and program status into clear, concise updates for executive stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Linux.
