Part-time data center employees often face challenges such as quickly adapting to rotating shifts, maintaining familiarity with complex equipment, and staying updated on rapidly changing protocols. To thrive as a Data Center Part Time employee, you should possess basic IT knowledge, familiarity with hardware troubleshooting, and often a high school diploma or equivalent.
